Perth’s First-Class Marina

Pier 21 Marina is located on the Swan River in North Fremantle and boasts premium facilities for Perth boat owners. Here you’ll find 176 mooring pens that can accommodate boats of all sizes, with boat pens ranging in size from 7 to 24 metres.

Pens
Our marina features 176 boat pens that range in size from 7 to 24 metres. These pens are located on six jetties, which consist of two floating jetties and four fixed jetties.

Repairs & Maintenance
We have implemented an extensive repairs and maintenance program to ensure Pier 21 operates to first-class marina standards at all times.

As a result of this program, we have upgraded Jetty D and G with environmentally-friendly and UV stable recycled plastic; standardised requirements for the roping of pens; completed the accreditation process for ‘clean marina’ status; and, through compliance with Australian Standard IPX-6, provided consistent power delivery.

These are some of the measures we have taken to ensure a clean and safe environment for our pen holders, their guests, the general public, and of course, the vessels moored at our marina.

Power Supply
All pens include access to a permanent 15-amp single phase power connection. The Pen/Operations Fees are fully inclusive of single phase electricity costs. Some of the 22m plus pens also have access to three phase power, which is charged to the pen holder at cost.
Secure Car Parking
Pier 21 Marina has a 24-hour secure parking area for your vehicle, with access via electronic key.
Trolleys
Pier 21 Marina has strong trolleys available to carry items from your car to your boat and back again. Our trolleys are made from lightweight aluminium for ease of use.
Rubbish Removal
All boat pen holders have access to our rubbish facilities, which are located within a secure area.
